    • Designed a custom LVDT read-out board in KiCad achieving sub-micron displacement with < 5 µV RMS noise at 300 Hz sampling.
    • Wrote MCU + Python/GUI software for acquisition, filtering, logging, and closed-loop motion control with PID-tuned DC motor control.
    • Built a motorized capture rig (ESP32 + stepper driver) with Structure-from-Motion pipeline for 3D arm mesh reconstruction.
